Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions shall apply to the contract for services made between Heritage Lawn and Weed Care Ltd. ( Heritage ) and the Customer unless varied by express written agreement.

2. Heritage undertakes to carry out the agreed work in a good and workmanlike manner and with reasonable care. It shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to any interference or misuse of any product supplied by Heritage or any work carried out or products used by any third party prior to Heritage or inherent defects in any products used by Heritage or any damage caused to adjoining property.

3. The Customer accepts that ( as is the case with any lawn treatment ) the lawn may initially appear less attractive subsequent to treatment and undertakes to allow a reasonable time for such treatment to be effective. If in the reasonable opinion of the Customer the treatment remains ineffective after this time Heritage will offer one visit to retreat the lawn at no additional cost.

4. Heritage will be pleased to supply free quotations on request which will remain valid for 30 days unless extended by Heritage in writing.

5. Payment is due upon completion of the work. Heritage reserves the right to charge interest on any payment not made within 7 days at 3% over the base rate of Barclays Bank prevailing from time to time.

6. Subject to the provisions of clause 2 above any claim in respect in respect of any services supplied by Heritage shall be notified immediately following completion of the work. Heritage shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to rectify any damage and in any event shall not be liable for any loss or damages exceeding £250.

Terms of use of website

1. The following terms of use are agreed between Heritage Lawn and Weed Care Ltd. (‘Heritage’ ) and the Customer ( ‘you‘ ‘ your‘ ) for the use of the website of Heritage ( ‘the website’ ).

2. All information contained in the website is provided for your general use and information. It may be subject to change without notice and your continuing use of the website constitutes your deemed acceptance of these terms.

3. Whilst Heritage will endeavour to keep such information up to date no representations warranties or guarantees are made in respect of its accuracy generally and in particular with regard to the suitability or performance of materials referred to in the website for any particular purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is at your risk.
